SHIPPING & GUARANTEE
We have worked very hard to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible. We do not overcharge any one like other businesses do. All Orders will be fulfilled within 24 Hours from the day of order. Please take into consideration the transit time from our warehouse to you, some times UPS need extra times for delivery.
Continental US Orders:
We use UPS for all our hookah and accessories order, we ship by UPS ground, please consider transit times and location, usually will take UPS anywhere between 1-7 business days.
International Orders:
International orders will be shipped with the United States Post Office and may take one to tow days extra to leave United States Post Office. Tracking is not available on International shipments. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse the package may take 6-12 days to reach your country. There will be $15.00 US Dollar extra charges for shipping and handling to overseas. Please be aware, our site will not give you any shipping charges, we will e-mail your total shipping charges before we process your order.
Our Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your product(s) for any reason please follow these three simple steps to return your product(s) back to us:
1. Send us e-mail stating the reason for your return and provide us with your order information.
2. Wait for our e-mail back after reviewing your request for return or higher exchange.
3. Soon we prove your request; you can ship your product(s) back to us to the address provided on your invoice.

All returns or exchange must be shipped back to us within (5) days of purchase date. All returned products must be in their original condition and complete in order to receive a full refund or higher exchange. Any missing pieces will cause to reject your request. If your request proved, Refunds will be made in the same form of the purchase, i.e. Credit Card, Money Order etc... Please be aware that, we will not refund any shipping, handling or insurance charges. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be happy with our products.
Note: Used merchandise and missing parts or accessories will not be returned or exchanged.
